When I find myself thinking negative thoughts about what happened yesterday, or the day before, or even weeks and months before, I feel horrible. Not only that, it affects my health and my ability to be creative. I realize I need to stop and begin again.
It’s easy to loose your way by replaying your negative emotions.
Quiet your mind and find stillness. Allow your emotions to flow through you and simply observe them. When you bring your emotions into awareness, heaviness disappears and you feel lighter.
Instead of stuffing your emotions down inside of you, allow them to come to the light, look at them, give them Love, and let them go. Healing is the goal.
Depression and anxiety, create procrastination and resentment. The real solution is to realize, right now in this moment, you can choose love, peace and gratitude.
