Sometimes, I just feel hungry, but I don’t know what I’m hungry for. I’ll go to the refrigerator and pantry and scour around for something to munch on. But when I really think about it… I’m not really hungry for food, I’m hungry for something to give me satisfaction and pleasure, and food seems to be the quickest, easiest remedy. The problem is, once I’ve satisfied my initial craving, it keeps coming back, because food is just not doing the trick!

Life’s challenges and burdens throw us out of balance. Heavy moods, heavy stress & heavy workloads are burdens created by unhealthy choices, creating longing and hunger deep within our souls.

Through daily meditation, you will discover what you’re really hungry for. When you connect to Source, you fill your Soul with the life affirming nourishment it needs to lighten your mood, relieve anxiety and clear away the burdens of the world.

Go inside and give yourself what you truly want and need and you will see food as nourishment for the body, and meditation nourishment for the Soul.

Your struggle will end, when you find harmony within yourself.
